Once submitted, you will receive an email with a link to schedule a consultation call. After the call, Speciale Studios will send you a customized quote based on your preferences. A 50% payment is required to confirm the booking.

Our turnaround time for most events is a maximum of one week for digital videos and photos. However, turnaround times may vary depending on the scale of the event.Each client is entitled to one round of revisions for all content. Film photos may take 2–3 weeks to develop, while photo books can take up to a month for design, revisions, and printing.

Speciale Studios is based in Toronto and primarily serves clients within the GTA. Travel time and fuel costs are included in your quoted price.We have worked across Canada and the United States and aspire to bring our services worldwide. If you’re interested in booking Speciale Studios outside of Toronto, all travel expenses must be covered.

Yes, we do! While our portfolio doesn’t yet include wedding photography or videography, our skills are highly transferable. We will ensure that your special day is captured beautifully!

Speciale Studios provides a team of experienced photographers and videographers. The number of professionals assigned to your event will depend on your budget and the event’s scale. However, most event packages include one photographer and one videographer.

Depending on your budget, Speciale Studios provides anywhere from 50 to 500 edited photos and a 3–7 minute recap video. We also offer a separate 30–60 second vertical reel edit, perfect for sharing on social media

Our services are designed to accommodate a wide range of budgets, big or small. Pricing starts at approximately $300, which includes 100 photos from a 2-hour photography session.Our rates are based on the number of hours we are present, the number of professionals covering your event, and the quantity of deliverables you require. The more services you book with us, the more cost-effective each becomes.
